About Selenyz and these terms

Selenyz is a sole proprietorship registered with Cumilla City Corporation, Bangladesh. These terms apply to this website and purchases accepted by Selenyz, together with the Privacy, Cookie, Shipping and Returns policies and the information supplied for the particular order.

Please read the applicable terms before placing an order. Checkout and account features are currently under development; these purchasing terms apply when ordering becomes available. Publishing these terms does not mean every described feature is already operating.

Eligibility and accounts

Use accurate information and only payment methods you are authorized to use. There is no general gender or age exclusion, but you must have the legal capacity to enter the transaction or the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian where required. Product-specific legal restrictions still apply.

An account will be mandatory for ordering. Checkout will create or connect a verified profile and authenticated session to support orders, carts and saved checkout drafts. Cross-device access requires verification or sign-in on each device. Keep credentials and verification codes confidential and tell support promptly about suspected misuse.

Account deletion removes access and requires a newly created, verified profile for future use. Necessary transaction records may remain under the Privacy Policy; keeping those records does not keep a deleted profile active.

Products, prices and order acceptance

Product descriptions, available quantities, currency, delivery charges and applicable taxes or additional charges will be shown or confirmed before an order is accepted. Check the final order summary. Images are illustrative; product-specific specifications and disclosed variations govern.

An order acknowledgement or payment notification alone is not confirmation that an unavailable or incorrectly priced item can be supplied. We may contact you to resolve availability, pricing, address or payment issues before acceptance. We will not impose a higher price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order, the applicable cancellation and refund process will apply.

International availability depends on the destination, carrier acceptance, product restrictions and customs requirements. Do not place an order using false information or attempt to evade those requirements.

Payments and delivery

Online payments will be processed through SSLCommerz. Cash on delivery is available where offered for the selected order and destination. Your payment provider may apply its own processing, currency conversion or other disclosed charges.

Delivery, failed delivery, cancellation, return and refund rules are set out in the Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Order-specific terms disclosed before acceptance apply, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Service and partnership enquiries

Goods may be purchased through the shop when available. Services are currently requested through enquiries and discussed separately by email, WhatsApp, meetings or other agreed channels. Submitting an enquiry does not purchase a service, create a partnership or require Selenyz to accept a project.

The scope, fees, milestones, delivery, confidentiality, ownership, cancellation and other terms of a service or partnership will be agreed separately in the relevant proposal or contract. Consumer-goods return rules do not automatically govern a separately contracted service.

Acceptable use and reviews

Do not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, misuse payment or refund processes, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious content, or publish unlawful, threatening, discriminatory or privacy-invasive material.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We may manually review and remove spam, impersonation, personal information, unlawful material or demonstrably dishonest content, and may investigate system flags. Honest negative feedback is not removed merely because it criticizes the business.

We may restrict future orders or accounts following manual review of documented abuse, fraud or repeated unjustified delivery refusals. We consider explanations and relevant evidence; an unsuccessful delivery alone is not proof of wrongdoing. Legal remedies are reserved for conduct that provides a lawful basis for them. Contact support to seek review of a restriction.

Website content, responsibility and disputes

Selenyz branding and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use the site for legitimate personal or business enquiries and purchases, but may not misrepresent affiliation or reproduce protected material without permission or another lawful basis.

We aim to maintain accurate information and an available, secure site, but interruptions and errors can occur. Third-party services are subject to their own terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, remedies or guarantees that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Contact support@selenyz.com first so we can try to resolve an issue. These terms are governed by Bangladesh law, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights that apply in your country. You retain access to competent consumer authorities and courts; contacting us does not waive those rights.

Changes and language

We may update these terms and show the revision date. Material changes will be notified where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights under an accepted order. The English version governs if translations differ, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
